Mr. Buddy

Synopsis

It all starts with a near-miss motorcycle accident on the road. When the guy spots the other rider walking into his office building, he panics, thinking he's being hunted down by a road-rage psycho, only to realize they’re actually coworkers. Out of sheer embarrassment, he decides to hate the guy's guts. But it gets worse. That same coworker catches him in a secret office romance with their boss, an old college buddy who turns out to be secretly engaged and two-timing him. Then, to cap off the humiliation, the coworker witnesses the messy breakup firsthand right outside the condo they coincidentally share. Just when he thinks he can never show his face again, the office rolls out a Secret Buddy game, and the coworker draws his name. From traffic drama and secondhand embarrassment comes a cozy, heartwarming romance that turns an office rivalry into safe harbour.
